Once seated, we’ll begin the dinner with a white wine from Priorat—yes, although a minority, the region produces some exceptional whites that are not to be missed.

Next, we’ll explore two rounds of tasting that will deepen your understanding of Priorat’s renowned reds. First, we’ll compare and contrast the two most famous grapes in the region: Garnacha and Carinyena, learning how each contributes to the unique character of Priorat wines.

Then, we’ll take a deeper look at the wines from the five major wineries that helped transform Priorat. We will blindly taste a great wine from Álvaro Palacios, alongside smaller, often lesser-known producers with rich histories that are as captivating as their wines.
